This is because the measurement parameters are only done on tooth growth and development morphology. As a solution for this problem, dental pulp chamber volume was used as the measurement parameter of age estimation. In this study, mandibular first molars of the Deutro - Malay race are used. The aim of this study is to analyze the estimation of human age using volume of pulp chamber of mandibular first molar method. The design of this study is an analytical study conducted on Deutro - Malay population in Instalation of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at Dental Hospital of Universitas Padjadjaran based on the inclusion criteria of subjects aged 6 - 50 years. A total number of 180 intact mandibular first molar samples were used. The pulp chamber volume was then measured with the software program ITK Snap v3.6.0 from CBCT DICOM data (Vatech Korea, 2006). The result of this study, the linear regression equation was obtained for male AGE = 54.407 – 0.987(pulp chamber volume) and for female 54.946 – 1.029(pulp chamber volume) from first mandibular molar. The regression was statistically significant (α < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) for male was 0.962 and for female 0.970. The conclusion of this study shows age can be investigated by volume of pulp chamber of mandibular first molar through CBCT radiography using regression analysis for male is AGE = 54.407 – 0.987 (Pulp Chamber Volume) (R^2=0.962) and for female is AGE = 54.946 – 1.029 (Pulp Chamber Volume) (R^2=0.970). The combine regression equation for male and female is AGE = 54.648 – 1.007(Pulp Chamber Volume)( R^2=0.965).mandibular first molarpulp chamber volumedeuteromalay sub raceAge Estimation Based on Pulp Chamber Volume of Mandibular First Molar
