Midline discrepancy are found in most people, perhaps most often seen in Class II malocclusion. The aim of this study is to determine the change in dental midline after patients with Angle’s Class II malocclusion received fixed orthodontic treatment in Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Padjadjaran University, Bandung. The study method used was descriptive analytics and sampling method was purposive sampling. The sample are the study models of 39 patients with Angle’s Class II malocclusion before and after fixed orthodontic treatment at Orthodontic Department of Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Padjadjaran University. The midline discrepancy were measured by a digital caliper. The data was presented in table form. The result shows that the dental midline deviation decreases after fixed orthodontic treatment. Moreover, the difference of the dental midline before and after fixed orthodontic treatment for Angle’s Class II malocclusion is significant (P<0.05).
