This research will be discussing about three largest company with the highest market capitalization for its industry. this research will be analysing financial and non financial ratios for the companies performance using average method to rank all five years and supported by the use of tables, charts and graphs to present the analysis. In overall ranking, BG Group was ranked for the first place for good performance with 32 points, followed by Royal Dutch Shell with 29 points, and the worst performance is rewarded to BP with 23 points. Although BG Group is not the biggest company in terms of size and earnings, but they can manage to get the first position in the operation. Shell as the second best company has a good management of earnings and investment. As the worst performing companies, BP experienced business downturn from Gulf-of Mexico accident. Rising up from that accident, BP should try to catch any opportunities from new invesments, projects, and approvals. BP should try not simply focus in getting more earning but also increase the efficiency in the production especially in facing the global oil prices downturn.
