Antibody Antinuclear Immunofluorescence (IF) test is one of the test that could detect autoimmunity as a hallmark sign of SLE. Objective To describe Antinuclear Antibody IF results and clinical manifestations on children with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Methods A descriptive study was performed using secondary data (medical record) of patients aging from 5-17 at Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung, during the 2019-2021 period. Gender, Age, ANA IF Titer, and ANA pattern were used as data to describe the ANA IF examination result. Clinical manifestations were also recorded as additional data. The inclusion criteria were children who had been diagnosed with SLE according to the ACR/SLICC/EULAR criteria, performed an ANA IF test with a minimum titer of 1:100, and hospitalized at Hasan Sadikin Hospital. Results A total of 36 pediatric SLE patients (35 female) met the inclusion criteria out of 139 pediatric SLE patients that were hospitalized during the 2019-2021 study period. Titres of the patient were predominantly 1:3200 (14/36), subsequently 1:10.000 (10/36) and 1:320 (10/36), lastly 1:1000 (1/36) and 1:100 (1/36). Homogenous pattern (22/36) was the most pattern found, followed by speckled pattern (7/36), mixed pattern (6/36), and nucleolar pattern (1/36). Conclusion Most pediatric SLE patients hospitalized in Hasan Sadikin General Hospital in 2019-2021 and examined with ANA IF presented with a titre of 1:3200 and homogenous pattern
