Item The Overview of Spontaneous Abortus Among Young Pregnant Woman(2024-01-12) ZAKI MIFTAH NALALINDRA TAN; Budi Handono; Setyorini IriantiAbstract Objective: To identified the risk factors of spontaneous abortus among young pregnant woman. Methods: Database web-based and electric journals were explored using specific search term strategies. The articles were screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Next, articles has quality assessment using Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist. The extracted data were presented in table and narrative synthesis. Result: This review has 6 studies that has identified the risk factors of spontaneous abortus among young maternal age. Discussion: Spontaneous abortus among young pregnant woman has various risk factors such as body mass index, maternal habits, infection, coital, and experience of IPV. But there are some factors that has not significant to spontaneous abortus such as iodine level. This review also found that infection also had a role of complication of spontaneous abortus. Conclusion: The risk have different significances to spontaneous abortus. This review shows the most affected risk factors to spontaneous abortus is infection of U. parvum, followed by first coital age, infection of Bacteria vaginosis, intimate partner violence, partner controlling behavior, body mass index, and maternal smoking habit.
