dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Muamar Lufti, 210403080016, Padjadjaran University, Faculty of communication sciences, Department of business communication, 2013. Entitled Organizational Culture Pt. Daya Motor Purwakarta . Under the guidance of Mr. Mohd. Hussein Nawawi, Drs., M.Ikom as the supervising lecturer in Applied Communications Expert Education Faculty, Padjadjaran University Communications. In this observation, the author uses descriptive methods and techniques of data collection include interviews, observations, and studies of the literature. The object of this observation is the process of organizational culture at PT. Daya Motor. The purpose of this Writing is to be able to find out about the culture of the Organization, which was held in Pt. Daya Motor. The observations that organizational culture goes on PT. Daya Motor is that activities conducted in fostering successful organization and realization of developing the employees of the company. The conclusions that can be delivered is the role of organizational culture in PT. Daya motor Purwakarta Motor has a very big role in efforts to achieve the goals that have been set by the company.It can be seen from the role of organizational culture as the identity of the Organization, bringing together organizations, conflict reduction, commitment to the Organization and groups, the reduction is uncertain, creating consistency, motivation, organizational performance, and the source is an advantage competitively. Roles of the organization culture the purpose of PT. Daya Motor Purwakarta is in compliance with what is created and assigned by the company. That the structure of the organizations activities Purwakarta Power Pt successful in fostering and mewjudkan seseuai organizational structure with job (Job Description), respectively. Suggestions that can convey the authors values company culture can be socialised, especially to new employees so that all employees are expected to be able to carry out its job optimally. | |
