dc.description.abstract	ABSTRAK “PENGARUH KINERJA LINGKUNGAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DISCLOSURE SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure sebagai variabel intervening baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kinerja lingkungan diukur menggunakan laporan hasil PROPER (Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup) yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia, profitabilitas diukur dengan Return on Asset, nilai perusahan diukur dengan Tobin’s Q, dan CSR disclosure diukur menggunakan CSRI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan berpartisipasi dalam PROPER pada tahun 2009-2011, dengan metode pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah software SPSS 16.0. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji F dan uji t pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2009-2011 secara bersama-sama kinerja lingkungan dan profitabilitas mempengaruhi Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure dan secara bersama-sama Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure dan profitabilitas mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui CSR disclosure. Sedangkan secara parsial, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap CSR disclosure namun berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Lingkungan, Profitabilitas, Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure, Nilai Perusahaan ABSTRACT “The Influence of Environmental Performance and Profitability on Firm Value with Corporate Social Rensponsibility Disclosure as Intervening Variable” The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of enviornmental performance and profitability on firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure as intervening variable both partially and simultaneously. Environmental performance measured by PROPER (Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup) which was held by the Ministry of Environment, profitability measured by Return on Asset, firm value measured by Tobin’s Q, and CSR disclosure measured by CSRI. The sample of this study is 16 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and participatd in PROPER for 2009-2011 period, with the purposive sampling as the data collecting method. The type of data used is secondary. The method of data processing performed in this study is software SPSS 16.0. The hypotheses tested by F-test and t-test wtih 5% significance level. The results of this study show that during 2009-2011 period, environmental performance and profitability have influence on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure simultaneously and Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure and profitability have influence on firm value simultaneously. Environmental performance has influence indirectly on firm value through CSR disclosure. Meanwhile in partially, profitability has no significant influence on CSR disclosure but has significantly positive influence on firm value.
