| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Mursyid Hasnawi (Dibimbing oleh : Dulmi’ad Iriana dan Sunarto). 2012. Pengaruh pasang surut terhadap hasil tangkapan set net di Tanjung Pallette Perairan Teluk Bone Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pasang surut terhadap hasil tangkapan set net di Perairan Tanjung Pallette Teluk Bone, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur, Kabupaten Bone pada bulan Oktober dan November Tahun 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Dalam studi kasus tersebut, diperoleh dua data yang diolah dan dianalisis yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh secara langsung dengan mengikuti, mencatat, mengidentifikasi proses penangkapan. Dari alat tangkap set net, didapatkan hasil tangkapan ikan sesuai berat, jenis , dan ukurannya kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan main catch, by-catch, discard. Selain itu data primer juga diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap 7 nelayan yang mengoperasikan set net. Data sekunder diperoleh dari SUPM Bone, Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Bone. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi dan korelasi linier dan non linier dengan menggunakan Microsoft office excel dan SPSS 15.0 for windows. Hasil tangkapan set net diidentifikasi berdasarkan main catch sebesar 98%, by-catch 1 % dan discard 1%. Ikan pelagis yang mendominasi adalah ikan peperek (Loiganathus sp ) (32%), dan ikan demersal adalah ikan biji nangka (Upeneus sulphureus) (28%). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) adalah 0.024, sehingga pasang surut mempunyai pengaruh yang rendah terhadap hasil tangkapan yaitu sebesar 2.4% sedangkan 97.6 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya . The effect of tide on fish catch of set net in Cape Pallette waters, Bone Gulf South Sulawesi. The research was aimed to analyze the influence of tides on set net catches in the waters of Tanjung Pallette Bone Bay, Eastern District of Tanete Riattang, Bone Regency in October and November 2012. The research method used was the case study method. In this case study, two data was obtained processed and analyzed were primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained directly by following, noting, identifying the process of catching of set net of fishing gear. Fish catches obtained were catagorized by weight, type, and size then catagorized by main catch, by-catch, and discard catch. In addition the primary data obtained through interviews with seven fishermen who operate the set net. Secondary data were obtained from the SUPM Bone, Departements of Marine, and Fisheries Bone. The analysis method used was the linear regression analysis and correlation using microsoft office excel and SPSS 15.0 for windows. set net catches were identified based on the main catch by 98%, by-catch of 1% and discard of 1%. The dominant pelagic fish were peperek fish (Loiganathus sp) 240 kg (32%), and demersal fish is biji nangka fish (Upeneus sulphureus ) 212.05 kg (28%). In this research obtained value coefficient of determination (R 2 ) was 0.024 or the correlation coefficient, this indicated the effect of tides on set net. So that the tides has low affect to the catch rate of 2,4% while 97,6% was influenced by other factors. Keywords: Set net, tides, catches result, main catch, discard, by-catch | |
