Item PENGARUH COVID 19 TERHAPAD AKTIFITAS FISIK DAN OBESITAS: SCOPING REVIEW(2023-02-20) ACHMAD ROZAN FADHIL ROWAWI; Setiawan; Prayudi SantosoLarge-scale social restrictions led to the closure of sports facilities where the closure of the premises had an impact on the decrease in the level of activity and persistent physical inactivity during the pandemic. Physical inactivity makes a person more susceptible to obesity, where obesity itself is one of the conditions that can worsen the condition of someone who has been infected with COVID-19 and is prone to comorbid diseases. This study was conducted to determine the significant influence between Covid-19 and the risk of worsening obesity and to determine the existence of a significant influence between the level of physical activity with Covid-19 in someone with obesity. The literature study was conducted by searching articles using PubMed with a time range from 2019-2023. Literature search results obtained 11 articles that match the inclusion criteria. This literature study found that there are factors that influence the increase or decrease in physical activity levels during a pandemic such as family and environment. It was found that the effect of covid on obesity is that obese individuals who are less active have the highest risk of death from COVID-19 but there is still minimal research supporting these findings. Further research is needed on the effect of covid on obesity with the study subject of a person infected with active COVID-19. The conclusion of this study is that there are factors that can affect differences in physical activity levels, one of which is family and environment. One type of exercise that can have a positive impact on individuals with obesity after COVID-19 infection is HIAT.
