Many businesses on a smaller scale, or even individual scale. The individual is usually the speculators who try to take advantage of the price of land and houses are always increase every year. In a period of 40 years, REI has become a prestigious association in Indonesia, the number of members who have reached thousands of companies, whether large, medium, and small, scattered across Indonesia. This shows that the real estate business is a business that is in demand by businesses in Indonesia, particularly in areas that have kanaikan land prices relatively quickly. This study is a descriptive-verification. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, where the unit of analysis of this research is the developers who are members of an association (REI), which is spread across West Java. Distribution of the questionnaire will be randomized to the 100 respondents, namely the developers who are members of an association (REI), which is spread across West Java. The analysis technique used to test hypotheses about the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is the Path Analysis. The correlation coefficient of 0.755 indicates a very strong positive relationship between power Entrepreneurial skills (X1), Innovation Process (X2), and Product Innovation (X3), to the level of business success (Y), power Entrepreneurial skills (X1), Innovation Process (X2), and Product Innovation (X3), providing simultaneous influence (together) by 57% against to Business success rate (Y). ANOVA test power Entrepreneurial skills (X1), Innovation Process (X2), and Product Innovation (X3), a significant effect simultaneously to Business Success Rate (Y). Entrepreneurial skill power significantly affect the level of business success. Innovation processes significantly affect the level of business success. And Product Innovation does not significantly affect the level of business success. significant regression models or independent variables which include: power Entrepreneurial skills (X1) and the Innovation Process (X2) simultaneously significant effect on Product Innovation (X3). Entrepreneurial skill power significantly influence Product Innovation. Process innovation does not significantly affect the Product Innovation. Entrepreneurial skill power (X1) and Product Innovation (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the Innovation Process (X2). Entrepreneurial skill power significantly affect the Innovation Process. Product innovation does not significantly influence the innovation process.
