The blood glucose level was measured beforeand after 2 hours giving glucose and mashed broccoli. The percentage increase of blood glucose level were analyzed and the resultshows that there are no significant difference between the control and experimentalgroups (p = 0.369). As a conclusion, there is no effect of broccoli in preventing increase of bloodglucose level at 2-hours postprandial on mice.
