Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study discusses how digital archive management or digital asset managment from creation to maintenance according to records with the life cycle management of orderly systematic and structured manner. This research have the focus on digital asset management activities at PT. Fortune Indonesia Tbk. (FORU). Through the case study method, since this research starts from January 14th, 2016 to the April 26th 2016, starting from observations and interviews, it is known that digital asset management is in the PT. Fortune Indonesia Tbk (FORU) has been running a systematic and structured and supported by the supporting infrastructure that is already quite advanced. The results of this study are digital asset management activities ranging from the creation process which created from the work of the creative team PT. Fortune Indonesia Tbk. (FORU) which has carried out the process of pitching or tender to the company`s clients to the maintenance process and there are no extermination as indeed in the life cycle digital archives because there is no destruction of any data that is the result of the work as well as the company`s portfolio. It is known that the process of digital asset management should be is supported by facilities and infrastructure that supports the existence of a system that is systematically arranged and also in the activities of the digital asset management needs to have a good server. Based on this research can be concluded that the implementation of digital asset management can be supported with supporting infrastructure.
