Abstract
Osteoarthritis sendi lutut merupakan penyakit yang terjadi pada
kelompok usia lanjut. Osteoarthritis sendi lutut sering terjadi pada usia 30
tahun keatas. Seiring bertambahnya usia semakin meningkatkan terjadinya
osteoarthritis sendi lutut. Meskipun penyebabnya masih belum jelas tetapi
diketahui bahwa ada beberapa faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi terjadinya osteoarthritis
sendi lutut.
Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko pada penderita
osteoarthritis sendi lutut seperti jenis kelamin, usia, status berat badan,
riwayat pekerjaan, riwayat trauma lutut, dan riwayat olahraga berisiko pada
subjek penelitian.
Penelitian ini
dilakukan kepada 33 penderita osteoarthritis sendi lutut yang datang ke
Poliklinik Bedah Orthopaedi RS Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung selama periode Januari
– Desember 2010.
Metode
penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif retrospektif. Informasi pasien diperoleh
dari data rekam medis sedangkan untuk mengetahui informasi tinggi badan dan
berat badan dengan cara melakukan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan
kepada pasien osteoarthritis sendi lutut.
Hasil
penelitian menunjukan perbandingan antara wanita dan pria yaitu 2:1. Distribusi usia penderita tidak merata dengan
puncak pada golongan usia 55 - 64 tahun. Sebanyak 12 orang (36.36%) memiliki
kategori gemuk
Osteoarthritis of knee joint is a
disease that often occurs towards the elderly people. Osteoarthritis of knee joint
has often attacked on the age 30 years up. Getting more the age, getting more
osteoarthritis of knee joint. Although the reason hasn’t yet clear but having
known that there are some risk factor of osteoarthritis.
The purpose of this study was to
decribe the picture of risk factor such as gender, age, body weight status,
history of occuption, history of injury, and history of high risk sports of the
research subjects.
This study was conducted towards
33 sufferers of knee osteoarthriitis coming to orthopedic surgery of RS Dr.
Hasan Sadikin Bandung in the period of January to December 2010.
The research method used is
descriptive retrospective. Patient information is got from medical record,
while the height and weight of body information
are known by measuring high and weight of body to the patient osteoarthritis of
knee joint.
The result inidicated the ratio
between female and male is 2:1. The distribution of age is not equal with the
peak in 55 – 64 years of age group. As many 12 sufferes (36.36%) have obese
category.
