ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini berjudul “Representasi Unsur Religi dalam Novel Gadis Pantai karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer†. Permasalahan yang dianalisis mengenai unsur-unsur religi yang terdapat dalam novel.Metodeyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Teori sosiologi sastra digunakan untuk merepresentasikan unsur-unsur religi yang terdapat dalam novel. Hasil analisis yang penulis dapatkan, representasi unsur religi di Jawa pada tahun 1950-an yang tergambar dalam novel Gadis Pantai terbagi ke dalam tiga bagian, yaitu bangan,santri, dan priyayi. Ketiga bagian tersebut merupakan salah satu komponen unsur religi, yaitu kelompok-kelompok religius atau kesatuan-kesatuan sosial yang menganut suatu sistem kepercayaan.
ABSTRACT
This paper entitled “Representasi Unsur Religi dalam Novel Gadis Pantai karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer†(Representation The Element of Religion in The Novel Gadis Pantai written by Pramoedya Ananta Toer). The research analysis about the elements of religion of the novel. Method which used in this research is analysis descriptive method with approach to literature sociology theory. Literature sosiology theory is used for representationing the elements of religion in the novel. The result of the analysis obtained is representation of the elements of religion in Java in years 1950’s which depicted in the novel Gadis Pantai is divided into three parts, that is abangan, santri, and priyayi. That three parts is one of the elements of religion component, that is religion groups or social corps who submit the faith system.
