dc.description.abstractABSTRAK Ancaman potensial bencana di area rawan banjir menimbulkan kecemasan pada masyarakat yang tetap tinggal. Banjir menimbulkan masalah sosial, ekonomi, dan kesehatan. Untuk mengatasinya diperlukan upaya mitigasi dan kesiapsiagaan dengan kemampuan adaptasi dan ketangguhan yang dikenal dengan resiliensi. Resiliensi dipengaruhi oleh dukungan, keimanan dan motivasi. Resiliensi rendah mengakibatkan keterlambatan pemulihan pasca trauma bencana karena kesulitan beradaptasi dan bangkit dari keterpurukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat resiliensi masyarakat terdampak bencana banjir di Desa Haurpanggung Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengambilan sample accidental sampling sebanyak 70 orang menjadi responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan dijabarkan ke dalam bentuk persentase. Walaupun tingkat pendidikan dan penghasilan rendah hasil penelitian menunjukan resiliensi kepala keluarga hampir sebagian responden pada kategori sedang 37 orang (52,9%) dan hampir sebagian responden kategori tinggi 33 orang (47,1%). Namun dari sub variabel keyakinan terhadap Tuhan terdapat 1 orang (1,4%) menunjukkan resiliensi rendah. Diperlukan intervensi dari perawat untuk memberikan trauma healing, kesiapsiagaan dan mitigasi bencana, serta bekal tindakan pertolongan pertama pada korban. Untuk kepala keluarga agar memotivasi anggota keluarganya untuk resiliensi dan memiliki bekal kesiapsiagaan bencana. Kata Kunci : Banjir, Kepala Keluarga, Resiliensi ABSTRACT The potential threat of disaster in flood-prone areas poses anxiety to people who remain. Floods cause social, economic, and health problems. To overcome this, mitigation and preparedness efforts are needed with adaptability and resilience known as resilience. Resilience is influenced by support, faith and motivation. Low resilience results in delays in recovery after disaster trauma due to difficulty adapting and recovering from adversity. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of resilience of people affected by flood disasters in Haurpanggung Village, Garut Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive research. With the technique of sampling accidental sampling as many as 70 people became respondents. The study used the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) questionnaire. The data obtained is then analyzed univariately and spelled out into percentage form. Although the level of education and low income results showed the resilience of the head of the family almost some respondents in the moderate category 37 people (52.9%) and almost some respondents high category 33 people (47.1%). However, from the sub-variable belief in God there is 1 person (1.4%) showing low resilience. Intervention from nurses is needed to provide trauma healing, disaster preparedness and mitigation, as well as the provision of first aid measures to victims.
