Item DINAMIKA POPULASI MIKROBA, NODULASI, SERAPAN N DAN PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KEDELAI (Glycine max (L.) Merill) AKIBAT PEMBERIAN SUSPENSI EKSOPOLISAKARIDA Azotobacter DAN INOKULAN Azotobacter PADA INCEPTI(2015-04-21) DIRGA SAPTA SARA; Reginawanti; Mieke Rochimi SetiawatiDirga Sapta. 2015. Dinamika Populasi Mikroba, Nodulasi, Serapan N dan Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merill) akibat Pemberian Suspensi Eksopolisakarida Azotobacter dan Inokulan Azotobacter pada Inceptisols. Inokulasi Azotobacter pada tanaman kedelai dapat meningkatkan hasil karena eksopolisakarida (EPS) Azotobacter dapat mengimobilisasi mikroba di rizosfer. Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran suspensi EPS Azotobacter dan inokulasi Azotobacter terhadap dinamika populasi mikroba potensial di rizosfer, nodulasi, serapan N dan pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai kultivar Anjasmoro. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua tahap. Tahap pertama, menyeleksi media produksi untuk optimasi EPS dan inokulan Azotobacter. Tahap kedua, melakukan pengujian suspensi EPS Azotobacter dan inokulan Azotobacter pada tanaman kedelai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2014 sampai dengan Juli 2014 di di lahan percobaan Ciparanje, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Rancangan Percobaan pot di lapangan menggunakan tanah Inceptisols adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga ulangan. Kedelai ditanam dengan perlakuan 10 mL dan 20 mL suspensi EPS Azotobacter serta 10 mL dan 20 mL inokulan Azotobacter. Tanaman kontrol tidak mendapat perlakuan suspensi EPS maupun inokulan bakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada 5 MST, pemberian 10 mL inokulan Azotobacter meningkatkan indeks R/S (Rhizosphere/Soil) populasi Azotobacter. Suspensi EPS Azotobacter 10 mL meningkatkan indeks R/S populasi Bradyrhizobium, jumlah dan berat nodula serta panjang akar. Aplikasi suspensi EPS Azotobacter 20 mL meningkatkan serapan N dan berat kering tajuk tanaman kedelai. Populasi Bradyrhizobium, Nodulasi dan Serapan N masing-masing berkorelasi positif terhadap tinggi tanaman.Item Formulation and Compatibility Test of Azospirillum and Azotobacter Suspension and Its Application for Phytoremediation of Contaminated Soil by Petroleum Waste(2019-09-01) RARA RAHMATIKA RISANTI; Emma Trinurani Sofyan; Pujawati SuryatmanaAzospirillum and Azotobacter bacteria are a group of aerobic bacteria that able to fix nitrogen and easy to adapt in stress environments. Azospirillum and Azotobacter can grow well with ramie phytoremediator plant in contaminated petroleum inceptisol soil. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of Soil Biology and Greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture-Unpad. The experiment consisted of two stages, namely the formulation and selection for optimization of inoculant bioagent and the application of bioagent and organic matter to ramie plants (Boehmeria nivea) on soil contaminated with petroleum waste. The first stage uses a complete random factorial design with three replications, while the second stage uses randomized block factorial design with three replications. The results of the first experiment were the interactions with the total population of the 4th Azospirillum observation in the composition of m3a3 (3% molasses and 2 times Azotobacter) and the total population of the 7th Azotobacter bacteria in the contribution of m3a2 (3% molasses and 1-dose Azotobacter). Furthermore, there is no interaction of nitrogen-fixing bacterial inoculants and organic matter.
